Group discounts are available to course provider organisations, including language schools, universities, higher education colleges and teacher training colleges. Starting at 10% off for a group of 10 or more - the bigger the group, the bigger the discount!

Check your group qualifies for a discount by emailing conference@iatefl.org including the name of your institution, the planned size of your group.
Once we have confirmed your institution qualifies for the discount, we'll send you a simple form to complete with the names and details of the delegates in your group. Important: each person included in your list needs to create a free account on the IATEFL website first. This is quick and easy to do.
We'll send you an invoice for the total amount for your group. Once payment has been made we will register the members of your group, and each person will receive a confirmation of their booking.

To be eligible for the group booking discount you must:
a. have a minimum of 10 delegates in your group, or higher to qualify for larger discounts.
b. ensure each delegate has create a free account on the IATEFL website.The booking and full payment, as one invoice, must be made by 4pm (UK time) on Friday 15 January 2027 to benefit from the early bird discount group prices.
The booking and full payment, as one invoice, must be made by 4pm (UK time) on Wednesday 24 March 2027 to benefit from these discounted group prices.
No partial refunds can be made if a delegate listed cannot attend, you can however swap a like-for-like booking for free before Monday 1 March 2027. After this, swaps will incur a £10 admin fee. No swaps can be made after Monday 22 March 2027.
Please note, group bookings made on-site will not be eligible for the 10% discount.
