The Early Bird Price is for bookings made and paid for on or before 4pm (UK time) on Friday 15 January 2027.

Group bookings

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more delegates from a single course provider such as a language school, university, higher education or teacher training college. Please check your suitability with us before proceeding with your group booking by emailing: conference@iatefl.org with details of your organisation and group. Find out more here.

How to book

Login to your IATEFL dashboard (or create an account)
Go to My Dashboard and select 'Conference bookings'
Click on your registration preference, and complete the booking form
Choose to 'pay now' or 'pay later'
Click Register

The deadline to book online for the conference and Pre-Conference Events is 16:00 (UK time) on Wednesday 24 March 2027. After this time you can register and pay at the venue on the day you arrive at the conference.

Did you know?

You can save money by joining IATEFL and registering for the conference as a member, rather than to registering for conference at the regular price. You also have all the other benefits of IATEFL membership for a whole year as another bonus! Visas, ETAs and invitation letters

In order to enter the United Kingdom to attend the conference you may need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), or for a visa. ETAs are cheaper and easier to apply for, but you should check if you can apply for that. Click here for further information on visa and ETAs.

If you do require a visa, and need to have an invitation letter in order to support their application, should first make a conference booking online. Under the Personal Information section, tick the ‘invitation letter required’ box and fill in your passport number where indicated. Your invitation letter will be emailed to you within two weeks of us receiving your booking.

Certificate of attendance

All delegates and speakers will be emailed a copy of their certificate of attendance after the event. Please note, it may take up to a week after the Conference for you to receive your certificate. This delay may be longer if you register onsite.
